This is a meetup group for all those that workout at the Club One gym on Santana Row! It is always better to have a workout partner helping motivate you and to reach your goals! Or at least an additional 'push' to get you to go to the gym. I try and go there 5-6 times a week and I'm interested in feedback for their Cycling, Yoga and other classes as well.
Join Team Fighting Diabetes to walk/run/hike/bike and raise fund to support the American Diabetes Association. Team Fighting Diabetes is attending the 2011 San Jose "Step Out" walk/run event in October. We will have warm-up/training activities throughout the year.
